I HEREBY GIVE NOTICE OF AN ORDINARY MEETING OF NAYLAND WITH WISSINGTON PARISH COUNCIL TO BE HELD ON WEDNESDAY, 8TH JUNE 2016, AT 7.30 P.M. IN THE COMMITTEE ROOM OF THE VILLAGE HALL, NAYLAND

Parish Council Meeting
1.    Apologies for absence
2.    Approval of Minutes of the meeting held on 11th May 2016
3.    Declarations of Interest by Councillors
4.    Election of Vice Chairman
5.    Finance Report including: -  
      i)    Cash Report
      ii)   Approval of the End of Year Accounts and Audit Submission
6.    Accounts for Payment
7.    Town and Country Planning
      i)    Report on decisions received
      ii)   Report on amendments for information at Westwood,
            Harpers Hill.
      iii)  Report on observations to the following applications: - Great
            Horkesley Glasshouses, 17 Birch Street, Vine House - 1 Court
            Street and Oak Cottage - Breach Grove
      iv)   Consider the application for cartlodge and alteration to
            driveway at Ricklands Cottage, Cawley Road.
      v)    Consider the application for tree work at Park House,
            Wissington Uplands
      vi)   Any other urgent Planning items

9.    Highways including a "A Cycle Rack".

Members of the public are welcome to attend and observe Parish Council meetings and will have an opportunity to speak for two minutes during the Public Forum section before the meeting opens. Those attending the meeting should be aware that reporting including filming or recording might take place at the meeting in accordance with the Openness of Local Government Bodies Regulations 2014, subject to the protocol stated by the Parish Council.
